A portion of every booking contributes directly to supporting local Plunket community services.

Session Times
8:00am – 2:40pm
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session time.
Your Photo Session
Each session includes:
· 15-minute photography session
· Professional image editing
· Online gallery delivery
· 3 edited digital images of your choice
Session Fee
$50 per family
This includes:
· $30 photography session fee
· $20 donation to the Plunket Fundraising Appeal
Additional Image Collections available
You will receive access to your full edited gallery and may purchase additional images if desired.
Extra Images
· Additional single image: $15 each
Collection Upgrades
· Additional 10 images: $140
· Additional 25 images: $300
Preparing for Your Session
To help create beautiful and timeless images, please consider the following:
Who Would You Like Included?
Think about the combinations of photographs you would like before your session:
· Mum and child/children
· Dad and child/children
· Whole family
· Individual portraits of each child
· Siblings together
Outfit Colour Tips
Coordinated colour palettes photograph beautifully.
We recommend:
· Similar colour tones across the family
· Neutral or earthy colours
· Simple, plain tops for adults
· Minimal patterns and logos
· Outfits that complement each other rather than match exactly
Gallery Delivery & Image Selection
After your session, you will receive access to a private online gallery where you can view your images and select your favourites.
Once your selection has been submitted, your chosen images will receive final retouching, including light adjustments, background refinements, removal of distractions where appropriate, and overall finishing touches before delivery.
Selection Timeframe
Please complete your image selection within 48 hours of receiving your gallery.
A $25 late processing fee may apply to galleries selected after this period, as editing is completed in a scheduled workflow.
Bookings Conditions
1. Life Happens — Rescheduling & Cancellations

I completely understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable

Because these sessions are part of a limited, pre-booked studio day (with space and equipment hired in advance), I’m not always able to offer a reschedule within the same event.

If something comes up, please let me know at least 48 hours before your session.

Your booking can be transferred to another family or gifted to a friend

Or I can offer a credit (minus the session fee) to use towards a future full session

In the case of illness or emergencies, please reach out — I will always do my best to support you in a way that feels fair for both of us.
2. Cancellations:

Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the session fee.

If for any reason I need to postpone (an emergency), I’ll reschedule you at no cost for another possibility — or refund you fully if needed.
5. Your Memories Delivered:

After you select your favourite images, your hand-edited final gallery will be delivered within 30 working days — easy to view, download, and share in your own private online space.

Want more? You’ll have the option to add extra images or albums too.
6. Sharing the Magic:

I’d love to share some of your beautiful moments (with your permission!) on my website and social media.
