Plunket Whānau Photo Fundraiser Thank you for booking your session and supporting this special fundraising event for Plunket. A portion of every booking contributes directly to supporting local Plunket community services. Event Details Location Whānau Āwhina Plunket – Henderson Family Centre 5 Woodford Avenue, Henderson Date 25 July 2026 - Saturday Session Times 8:00am – 2:40pm Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session time. Your Photo Session Each session includes: * 15-minute photography session * Professional image editing * Online gallery delivery * 3 edited digital images of your choice Session Fee $50 per family This includes: * $30 photography session fee * $20 donation to the Plunket Fundraising Appeal Optional Image Upgrades Your booking includes 3 fully edited digital images of your choice You will receive access to your online gallery and may purchase additional images if desired. Additional Digital Photos Purchases 1 photo: $15 each 10-photo collection: $140 ($14 per photo) 25-photo collection: $300 ($12 per photo) Afterpay Option Afterpay is available for purchases of 25 additional images or more. Please note that an additional platform fee applies to Afterpay transactions. The total cost for the 25-image collection when paid via Afterpay is NZD $345. If you choose this payment option, a secure payment link will be generated and sent to you. The link is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued. Clothing Tips For the best results, choose outfits in similar colour tones and avoid large logos or busy patterns. Neutral, earthy, or soft colours tend to photograph beautifully and help keep the focus on your family's connection. Selection Timeframe Please complete your image selection within 48 hours of receiving your gallery. A $25 late processing fee may apply to galleries selected after this period, as editing is completed in a scheduled workflow. # Photography Policy ## Booking & Payment Full payment is required to secure your booking. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. Please use your name and booking time as the payment reference when making payment. ## Session Times Photography sessions are scheduled for a specific time slot. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrival may reduce the available session time, as all bookings run to a strict schedule. ## Clothing & Preparation Clients are encouraged to wear coordinated colours and avoid large logos, graphics, or busy patterns. Simple, timeless clothing choices generally produce the best photographic results. ## Image Selection Following the session, clients will receive access to a private online gallery. The gallery allows clients to view their images and select their favourites for final delivery. ### Selection Deadline Image selections must be completed within 48 hours of gallery delivery. A $25 late processing fee may apply to galleries selected after this period, as editing is completed in a scheduled workflow. ## Image Editing All photographs are edited in Lara Jay Photographer's signature style. Final edits may include colour correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and minor removal of distractions where appropriate. Raw (unedited) files are not supplied. ## Additional Images Any additional images or collection upgrades must be paid for before final delivery. Pricing for additional images is outlined on the booking information page. ## Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, late arrivals, change of mind, or failure to attend the scheduled session. ## Photographer Discretion The photographer reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the scope of the booked service or are not achievable within the allocated session time. Image selection, editing style, and final presentation remain at the photographer's professional discretion. ## Image Storage Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images once delivered.
