I’m so honoured you’re thinking about joining me for these special sessions.
Here are a few things to know before we dive in:

1. Securing Your Spot:
Your session is confirmed once full payment is received.
I’m keeping these sessions intimate and limited, so it's first-come, first-served.

2. Payment

• Full payment is needed at the time of booking to hold your place.

• It’s non-refundable, but I totally understand life with kids — see rescheduling below.

3. Life Happens — Rescheduling:

• If something unexpected comes up, please let me know at least 48 hours before.

• We’ll find another date if we can, or you can keep a full credit towards a future session.

4. Cancellations:

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the session fee.

• If for any reason I need to postpone (like crazy weather or an emergency), I’ll reschedule you at no cost — or refund you fully if needed.

5. Weather:

• Our sessions will be outdoors at beautiful One Tree Hill, Auckland.

• If it’s just a little cloudy — perfect! If it’s heavy rain or stormy, we’ll reschedule.

• I’ll keep an eye on the skies for us.

6. Your Memories Delivered:

• After you select your favourite images, your hand-edited final gallery will be delivered within 7 days — easy to view, download, and share in your own private online space.

• Want more? You’ll have the option to add extra images or albums too.
   

7. Sharing the Magic:

• I’d love to share some of your beautiful moments (with your permission!) on my website and social media.

• If you prefer to keep your images private, just let me know at booking — always your choice. 🧡
